How Local Chamber of Commerce Help Grow Your Small Business

Boards of Trade along with Chambers of commerce are those organizations with local, regional, national, international and bilateral representation or Chambers, forming a global business network, which their primary goal is to improve the business climate in a locality. Hence, the local Chamber of Commerce can help you grow your own small business.

From business cards to common projects and a broad range of services, the Chamber of Commerce is a good opportunity to promote your business. There is a misconception regarding these organizations, which prevents many home business owners from joining, because typically it is believed that only mid-size and large companies can become members.

Small businesses can join their local Chamber of Commerce to prosper quickly, promoting each other and working together toward common goals. Business cards are the best way to show that you belong to the Chamber, which aids in improving your opportunities to close deals easily.

Your Chamber of Commerce may bring you many other associated benefits and the opportunity to attend events with other small businesses where you will be able to set up a booth to promote your products or services, as well as exchange your business cards with visitors and other businesses.

Furthermore, as a member of the local Chamber, you can qualify for low cost health and business insurance, and have access to the small business consultant’s office, where mentors can help you develop your own strategies, and over time, you can become a mentor yourself.

Through your local Chamber of Commerce, you can be referred to other Chamber members. You need to make sure there are enough business cards in your pocket when you meet them at events such as lunchtime sales or parties featuring new products or services for local small business’ owners. Yoli Professional Home Business Review

The Company

Yoli is a new company currently in pre-launch within the network marketing industry.  The company was founded by six entrepreneurs all with vast experience within the network marketing industry.  The founders include, Robby Fender who is the president, Corey Citron who is the chief marketing officer, Rick Eisele chief operating officer, Daren Falter executive vp, Michael Prichard executive vp and Bobby Jones chief logistics officer.  The executive team all have field experience which is unusual in today’s climate amongst network marketing companies.

Yoli has an official launch date of January 2010.  Currently, they have begun pre-launch operations to spread the word about this new formed company.  Pre-launch is a strategy used by most start ups as a way to continue to drive the enrollments by creating a buzz that the ground floor is the place to be.  Yoli makes it’s head quarters in South Jordan, Utah.  This area is often known as the “silicon valley” of the direct selling industry as there area  high number of companies who have chosen this as there home base.

The Product

Yoli, in it’s pre-launch phase has one product that is in the multi-billion dollar health and nutrition industry.  As most of us know health and wellness is an industry that is always changing and a focus for many people as we age.  My Yoli review has shown that the current product is called a Yoli Blast Cap.  The basis behind the product is that it is filled with popular nutritional properties of the day.  This “cap” is screwed onto a bottle that you can re-use, thus reducing the amount of plastic bottles used.  The bottle is filled with filtered water and you simple screw the cap on and pop the ingredients into the bottle and shake.  This new concept is unique.

Yoli will be releasing other “blends” of health drinks in the future.  The home business review has shown that they will focus on specific results such as detox, energy, PH balance, etc.

The Conclusion

Yoli is off to a good start in the industry with many people jumping aboard the pre-launch phase as the executive team puts together the company.  As with most companies, the initial launch is the most critical.  The odds are against them, the stakes are high, in the end what matters is will the market demand the product, will the company fulfill the corporate obligations and ultimately will they survive the first few critical years.  Yoli, seems to have the right things in place, however, those that commit time and energy to building a new company are taking the risk that the company may become another statistic, another flash in the pan leaving 1000′s of people looking for a new home.  The secondary concern, a one product line company will limit your ability to attract people as well as limit yourself for the future as the markets shift and trends change.  My advice, do your due diligence and look for the company that has all the ingredients for success to create long term viability in your life.

Why You Need Business Coaching

There are two types of people who will find business coaching most useful. The first type are those without business experience and are venturing into business for the first time. The second type are those with an existing business, but they want to learn how to grow their business.

As everyone knows, the business world is fraught with dangers. For the unsuspecting, one wrong move may kill the business. Here are a few good reasons as to why you would need proper business coaching.

Reason 1: Cash flow management.
Reason 2: Accelerated learning will boost income quickly.
Reason 3: Business networking purposes.
Reason 4: Business strategies.

Reason 1: Cash flow management.

The cash flow of a business is like blood – once it stops, that’s the end of the business. Perhaps you have heard about how mega businesses can go bust. It’s all about cash flow. The CEO in the Company wakes up to find that there is no more money in the bank to pay for expenses – staff wages, rents, etc. So it had to go under.

Such incidents don’t just happen to mega companies. They can affect small businesses as well. In fact, small businesses are more prone to cash flow problems because they simply don’t have deep enough pockets to weather the climate conditions. That is why it’s always wise to pick up some cash flow management skills. Learn when it’s a good time to spend, and when it’s a good time to save. Wise business owners can look at the financial statements and make sound decisions that will benefit the business. Are you capable of doing that? Continue Reading
